CARE /TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

We donโ€™t just hire great carers we help them to develop their caring skills. Through our in-house training academy, we deliver training for mandatory care certificates and specialist modules such as dementia awareness, PEG feeding and end-of-life support, according to CQC standards. New starters enjoy shadow shifts and one-to-one mentoring, while experienced staff gain regular refresher training sessions to maintain their competency. Our Courses are in-depth, hands-on and are led by practising nurses, giving carers the confidence to demonstrate their skills.

HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT & STAFFING

When hospitals, care homes or private clients need carers , our recruitment team is always available to assist. We supply staff for ad-hoc shifts, long-term placements, and emergency cover, matching not only clinical skills but personality and values to each setting. Our nurses, support worker and healthcare assistant has cleared a rigorous selection pathway such as enhanced DBS checks, face-to-face interviews, and competency assessments before joining our roster.
